Over the last 25 years I have strived to build a culture to create the best customer service possible. It is my goal that each customer feels that they can count on PRIDEWRX to understand and manage their needs 100%. My team and I have always been committed to being responsive, having great communication with our customers and accessible 24/7. It is our goal to listen to our customers so that we can make the process as seamless as possible. Our in-house leadership team has a vast knowledge that will allow us to work even with the most challenging projects possible. PRIDEWRX is able to help customers increase their sales and profitability with the latest trends in packaging, cost effective materials and efficient project management. Quality assurance is key to our success and that is what has kept us in business since 1969. I am a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and continue to live by the RI coast.
Doug Latham
Director of Operations
Doug has been with PRIDE for over 35 years. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for general plant management, the daily operation of the Production Department and the solicitation of contract work. Doug initially served PRIDE as Work Supervisor and was soon promoted to Production Coordinator, and later Plant Manager. His experience in many facets of the organization provides valuable insights into the inner workings of everyday life here. Doug also coordinates PRIDE special events and activities.
Susan Garant
Production Manager
Susan started with PRIDE Inc. 28 years ago as part time production worker. This allowed her to learn the operations from the ground up. Eventually becoming a Work Supervisor Job Coach, Supervising both work crews in house and several different crews that were working off sites. Her previous experience with Milton Bradley and Valtronics as quality control inspector and solderer of electronic circuit boards enabled her to bring to her job attention to detail and the importance of maintaining quality standards in every job.
After a number of years she became a Production Coordinator, managing production flow and overseeing daily quality control. In this position she also began managing our mailing operations and had trained in Atlanta with Pitney Bowes in regulations and procedures of the USPS.
Presently her position is Production Manager. Ensuring production demands are met for our customers. Assuring time studies, labor rates and overhead costs are D.O.L compliant and work set ups and operations here in house are planned with the most cost effective, efficient and quality standards possible. She also oversees training and supervises our production staff in their daily duties. Provides our customers with inventory records and maintains shipping and receiving records.
Outside of Pride Susan main activities are centered around her family. In particular now the activities of her 8 grandchildren.
